Scope/key responsibilities:

• Greeting and attending to passengers at check-in counters and at flight arrival and departure gates
• Liaise with various stakeholders to assist with queries regarding flights, seating arrangement, baggage matters, transfers & transits, wheelchair needs etc.
• Facilitate communication with passengers on issues surrounding flight transfers, rebooked flights, accommodation and meals 
• Make announcements at gates and transit areas
• Ensuring a smooth and timely departure process
• Aid passengers in need or when required
• Perform and assist with other duties as assigned 

Key Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Korean
• Individuals with a pleasant, cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skill
• Dynamic individuals with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Able to commit to weekends will be advantageous

• 0730hrs - 1100hrs
• 1915hrs - 2245hrs
• 2145hrs - 0115hrs
